Hi all,

November is a time of remembrance and gratitude.

We begin the month, remembering all those who have gone before us in the last year, with All Souls Day on November 2nd.

November 11 th is also a time of remembrance for our veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice. We also remember the ones who have served and who continue to serve to keep us free. Never forget.

And November 24th is Thanksgiving Day. We celebrate all the blessings we have. A time to gather with family and friends. I am so grateful, and continue to be grateful, to be working with and serving all of you. Thank you.

One of our ongoing programs, worth noting, is the Memory Café, being held every second Thursday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the Nahant Public Library. The café is a place for people with memory issues and their caregivers to gather in a place of welcome. At the café, we have a different program each month, with a variety of topics, including music, some crafts, discussions and lots of fun! Please come join us!

We also continue to provide a caregiver support group on the third Tuesday of each month from 11am to 12 noon at the Nahant Village Church. Please call the COA @ 781 581 7557 for more information.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!

Stay well and have fun!
Mary
